General Camp Information

This is a developmental camp for the serious soccer player or team. Our camp program features a highly competitive atmosphere, which has attracted some of the top individuals, teams and guest coaches from around the nation. Players are grouped by age and ability to create a competitive environment. Sessions focus on technical and functional training by positions, along with small group and team tactics. The week features an ongoing team tournament in each age group, with evening matches in Arad McCutchan Stadium. Campers will learn from our college recruiting seminar, which is presented by Coach Jacobs and other college coaches from around the country. The seminar is geared towards the serious soccer player that is looking to play at the collegiate level, and will provide important insight into the recruiting process. Players will receive a comprehensive evaluation at the end of the session.

SUPERVISION AND MEALS
Adult counselors will supervise all campers off the field. Residential campers are grouped by age and housed in modern residence halls on the UE campus. Coaches and counselors share the living facilities for around-the-clock security and leadership. All meals are served at UE’s Harper Dining Center. Overnight campers must provide their own linens, including pillows. Commuters will be provided lunch and dinner. Commuters are not allowed off campus for any reason unless they provide a note from their parent(s). Commuters will be allowed to rest in the resident hall's lounge area during the down-time.
FACILITIES
Located on the campus of the University of Evansville, the campers are exposed to Black Beauty Field at Arad McCutchan Stadium, regarded by many as one of the finest soccer-specific college soccer complexes in the United States. Evening games on plush Bermuda grass, well-lighted fields create a unique environment for evening matches. A modern, well-equipped athletic training room is available for treatment of bumps and bruises.

COMMUTERS
Commuters participate in the full camp program from registration through check-out, except for the fact that they sleep at home.
